maximum.
Then insert the device plug into the weather resistant outlet box.
Pull the Stop button until the button pops up fully.
The circuit should now be active.
Specifications:
The circuit is designed to meet state and local electrical codes. The
capacity for the component attached is 15amp @ 120VAC maximum. The
assembly is splash resistant when properly installed and can remain at
bench level without fear of a shock hazard. All covers and connectors must
remain intact to maintain this capacity.
Operation:
This circuit interrupter can provide any AC powered device requiring
less than 15 Amps AC with added safety. The outlet is a Ground Fault
Circuit Interrupt protected circuit. Should a grounding fault be detected,
you can reset the circuit by opening the lid and depressing the outlet ‘Reset’
button. You can test this function by depressing the outlet ‘Test’
button, then reset for proper operation.
Trouble shooting:
Should the Component ground fail the GFCI reset button inside the
receptacle will pop up. It can be reset with the adjacent ‘Reset’
button. If interrupter trips without any device plugged in then a fault in
the wall receptacle will need to be serviced. If the circuit trips when a
device is plugged into it, then the component plugged into the outlet
should be serviced to locate the ground fault.
