DynamifoldÔ
This is self adjusting vacuum filtration manifold for use with various
automated liquid handlers and manual benchtop laboratory use.
Automated Use:
Redefine the manifold dimensions for your liquid handling biorobotics
platform. The labook dimensions are included later in this document.
Electronic labbooks are available for the Biomek 2000. When the collar is
not on the manifold it should reside in the collar holder. This collar
holder fits inside a standard labware holder registering the collar at the
same time it can locate and cool a shallow piece of labware.

than 5/16" between the current and rested seating position. If the

wetted filter plate and desired receptor plate inside the manifold.
Activate manifold and adjust the maximum vacuum level. Set up according to
your method and begin the process.

required to use the adhesive seal to seal the gasket in place. After a
vacuum test to check operation.
The thin gasket is used for the manifold collar. The gasket can be
easily stretched when installing it. Apply inverted to simplify the
installation process. Anchor the corners and then position the straight
portions.
Clean-up
Chemical Sterilization: Use of most commonly available disinfectants
can be used. Avoid prolonged exposure to the more aggressive
disinfectants to avoid any surface cracking.
