In the Bioworks Edit module select <EDIT>,<Labware>,Click Modular reservoirs, Select and Copy a Vertical Quarter Modular reservoir definition ,name it ‘Low Vol. X2 ¼ ’. Edit the Tracking Height, then Volume. Edit Height and Depth as in figure 1. This definition will have to be imported into any labbook requiring its use.

Positioning is critical to gain accuracy while retrieving from the micro-trough, Critically align your worksurface. When writing a method the initial configuration should include this definition on the worksurface. Although the pull down graphic appears as a Vertical Quarter, it will operate as intended.
